How To Trust Your Intuition

***Disclaimer - this post may include affiliate links***

In today’s blog, I want to help you all with a very important thing that many of us struggle with: how to identify and be in tune with your own intuition.

I know one thing that we really struggle with is making decisions; anything from where to go for dinner to important life-changing decisions - sometimes all of these choices and options we have available to us can cause a lot of stress and anxiety.

I was chatting with my friend recently and she texted me ‘WWJD?’ I wasn’t sure what she was talking about… Until she said, ‘What would Jackie do?’ and I responded, I don’t think about what I do.. I just do.

So I’ve decided to share my tips with you:

1. Request and be specific in detail - Everyone struggles to navigate the vague - there can definitely be chaos in miscommunication. Be specific and tell the universe what you want.

2. Ask for signs - Often when I’m struggling with something, I look for signs, angel numbers and more in my life.

Learn more about angel numbers in this book: Angel Numbers: The Message and Meaning Behind 11:11 and Other Number Sequences by Kyle Gray

Here’s an  example: a few months ago, I wanted a sign so I asked for it to be a giraffe. I’ll be honest, there’s no chance I'd see a giraffe in my typical everyday life. I live in a pretty much closed city due to Covid, there’s no giraffes that are going to pop up. Then, I’m looking around for some jewelry, and there was a pendant that just stood out to me. It was a giraffe. The signs are always there, we just need to learn to pay attention.

3. Take action - Don’t think, do! Take the next step in your life. It can be small, from a little bit of  exercise, meditation, walking, etc. One small change can get you closer to what you want. Ask the universe of course, but listen to the answer and take action  too!

The path to trusting your intuition is not the easiest.  Be bold. Find your giraffe.
