Today (October 1st) marks the first Aries full moon of the month. October is often a month full of energy, and this year it’s quadrupled due to the pandemic. 

A full moon symbolizes power, clarity, and realizing growth. The fact we have two of these at the beginning and end of the month is not at all a coincidence. It’s time to act. 

We may well be fuelled by the dramatic energy in the air, with Halloween and autumn tensions rising. But remember with drama, comes anxieties and toxic energies that we should try to avoid if they don’t serve us.

This moon is also called the ‘harvest moon’ as the days change, farmers work later in the night with only the moon's natural light to help them get work done.

The next full moon will be one that’s familiar to you - the Halloween moon on the 31st of October. A lot of people know this one. As it’s the second of the month, we call it a ‘blue moon’, which you can learn more about later in the month as I’ll publish a blog post that’ll give you the low-down on all things blue moon. But for now, enjoy the first full moon of the month.

It’s all about that confident, powerful Aries energy this month so ride that wave. This month will for sure have it’s ups and downs but that’s all part of it.
