How Small Changes Can Lead to Big Transformations

We’ve spoken about how focusing on the small things we do every day can create change in your life. This is only the first part of a much more significant goal of change:  self-transformation. 

A self-transformation is when you intentionally decide to make changes that will reshape your life. It’s a gradual process and it’ll be a different experience for everyone. Not one path will be the same- and it’s certainly not a linear process. However, with purpose and intention - you can manifest wonderful experiences for yourself when you decide to embrace change!

Now, how do small changes help you with your transformation?

By making little changes every day, you are exposing yourself to all the possibilities that are out there! When you allow yourself to get more comfortable with experiencing change, it often leads to a transformation of productivity, resilience, and self. 

Transformation of Productivity is one of the first signs that you are using change for the better. Finding what motivates you is one of the hardest things for people searching for productivity and success. Small changes allow you to explore new outlets of creativity, stimulate your mind, and make the unfamiliar achievable.

Transformation of Resilience is when starting small makes the changes you make in your life more sustainable. When something happens unexpectedly, you know that you can manage because you have done so before. Yes, it may take many more steps to reach the end goal, but you will also become more comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.

Transformation of Self occurs once you have recognized your motivation and embraced your own resilience; you will inevitably see changes. What is unfamiliar no longer intimidates you because you know you can withstand whatever comes your way. Self-transformation is no easy task but with effort, intention, and inspiration, anything is possible. 

I always try to think of big transformations as just a result of the many small steps it took to get you there. Keep moving forward and manifest positive change in your life!
