Best Essential Oils for Manifestation during Winter

I am in the habit of manifesting every day. The power of positivity inspires me to wake up in the morning and go through the world with energy and resilience to take on anything.
I have also found that essential oils have been an excellent way for me to set out my intentions and set the tone for the day.
1. Frankincense Oil- Since Christmas is on the way, we’ve gotta remember one of the three gifts from the three wise men - Frankincense. It’s a smoky and sacred oil that helps with finding balance. Start or end the day with manifestations and a few droplets of Frankincense.
2. Chamomile Oil - December can be a stressful time for many of us. Chamomile is a naturally calming scent. You can put the oil in your tea, apply it to your skin or just smell the aroma in the air. It will for sure enhance your mood!
3. Cinnamon Oil- You will find cinnamon in almost every sweet recipe this month. It’sa cosy spice with loads of benefits. The oil is much of the same. Pop a few drops into your diffuser to get the festive feeling around the house.

4. Wild Orange Oil- In the winter, oranges are often overlooked but they are packed with Vitamin C, which we certainly need more of in the colder seasons to boost our immune system. What’s more is that they smell just lovely! By adding a little bit of wild orange oil into your meditation, you can help brighten your mindset and also rejuvenate you with an extra energy boost.
