What You Can You Expect This Month

Hello hello! 

Here’s your monthly update for your astrological concerns. 

There’s a LOT going on at the moment but remember you’re not alone. 

It may feel like there’s lots of emotions. But everything is necessary for our transformation.

It’s time to be still, calm and peaceful. That’s why I love this time because it’s a moment to evaluate our beliefs, values, goals and dreams.

This energy is asking us to do an extreme shred and identify what’s worthy for us - what’s working and what’s not. 

We need to dig down deep to decide what our goal is to live a life more at ease.

We just ended the full moon at the end of April in Scorpio so there’s that feeling of the ending of the cycle.

Now we’ve got the new moon in Taurus on the 11th. So it’s allowing us to personally rebuild and acclimate.

Tip: be gentle with yourself - if you’re feeling drained or exhausted... take a break, step back and move away. 

There is also a full moon in Sagittarius at the end of the month coming up - this will be a lunar eclipse. It’s a time to show yourself some love!

Get journaling, go out in nature, start writing, do more reading, anything that makes you feel good.
