May Reads: 4 Books To Read This Month
Can you believe it’s May already? I’ve been trying to read more in 2021 and I’m super happy with my reading this year. Thanks for joining me along the way!
Here’s some books I’d love to recommend:
1. What Happened To You? By Bruce D. Perry and Oprah Winfrey
Read this for a total insight into trauma and healing. It’ll be an introspective look on the way you are, and why you are this way. And how you can move forward and heal from it. It was just released in April 2021, and It’s already a bestseller!
2. Atomic Habits By James Clear
Have you been struggling with sticking to good habits and breaking away from bad ones? Look no further! This book contains proven methods to help you work through them.
3. You Are A Divine Goddess: Astrology Coloring and Witchy Adult Activity Book By Stella Stellium
Why don’t adults do more coloring? It’s so therapeutic. So this May, get your coloring pencils out and create some beautiful astrological artwork.
4. Essential Oils to Boost the Brain & Heal the Body By Jodi Cohen
I’m always, always, always talking about essential oils. They have so many benefits. If you ever wanted to learn more, this book by Jodi Cohen will give you the lowdown.
