When we focus on improving our Emotional Intelligence, we are also directly and indirectly improving so many other facets of our lives. However, Emotional Intelligence (EI) may not come naturally to everyone, so here are some key components to keep in mind:

When I ask the question ‘how emotionally independent are you?’... What is your answer?
Simply put, emotional independence is when you’re self-assured in your decisions and movements through life. You don’t depend on others to change your mind and emotions.
I’ll admit, it’s not easy to be 100% emotionally independent, it’s a process, but a worthwhile one for your mental health!
