There are loads of ways to use essential oils. There’s inhalation, application, and ingestion.
Today, we’ll be discussing ingestion. First things first, don’t apply essential oils directly into your mouth. There’s a risk of danger there. Instead, let’s think outside the box.
I often like to get my essential oils in my life by adding a few droplets to my smoothies!
You must use grade A approved essential oils. When you buy your oils, check the bottle for more information, grade A is best for adding to food or drink as it’s oil in the purest form, with no synthetics or flavoring.
