April is a month for growth and finding the strength to do things differently. One thing I want to encourage you to do is to find your truth, destiny, and calling.
Sometimes, we can walk around life without a true sense. There’s nothing wrong with that, but we can do so much more during our short time on earth.
Ah, Spring has well and truly sprung! The sun is coming out, the flowers are blooming… and one of my favorite pastimes is losing myself in a lovely book.
Here are my 4 favorite books to read this spring.
An awe walk is simply, taking a walk and thinking outwardly, instead of inwardly. This means you’re more thoughtful about the bigger picture and enjoying your surroundings, and less about yourself. The aim of these walks is to feel more mindful and admire the world around you. Without the distractions of other people and your mobile phones, you’re able to see things clearly and open yourself up to beautiful things.
