How to Grow in Self-Gratitude

November is a time of gratitude; It is when we gather with loved ones, celebrate our accomplishments, enjoy each other's company and give thanks for the things that we have.

However, I can’t help but wonder- why don’t we practice gratitude daily? Why don’t we take the time each day to appreciate what we have on a smaller scale?

What is Grace?

Though the word grace can have many different meanings, I find that its least discussed meaning is forgiveness. Forgiveness of others, yes, but also most importantly of yourself. Obtaining grace can give us the ability to move forward- not as failures or victims, but as active participants in our own agency.

How To Have a Socially Distanced Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I’m sure that this time last year, we never would have expected that this year could be so different. Due to the pandemic, there will be a lot of differences this Thanksgiving,. but that doesn’t mean we don’t have a whole bunch to be grateful for.
