In today’s blog, I want to talk about how I go about exploring for clues in my birth chart.

April is a month for growth and finding the strength to do things differently. One thing I want to encourage you to do is to find your truth, destiny, and calling.
Sometimes, we can walk around life without a true sense. There’s nothing wrong with that, but we can do so much more during our short time on earth.
In this blog, I am introducing you to one of my favorite practices for myself and my clients - somatic experiencing.
Somatic experiencing is a way for you to feel and to heal into your body.
It’s a heart-centered body approach. Some benefits include; helping with depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and trauma.
I can’t recommend meditation enough to those who struggle with overthinking or anxiety. It is the perfect remedy to clear your mind and help with growth.
That said, sometimes it’s tricky to know where to begin. So I thought I’d share my top 6 videos for meditation.
