In a world with constant uncertainty, it is a struggle to be present and focus on the now. For instance, in this pandemic, we are understandably focused on looking towards the future and a world without Covid-19. But really, we are doing it wrong. By looking onto the next day, we’re forgetting to revel in the beauty of TODAY, and it for sure, is pretty beautiful.

Read this 3-step guide to inspire yourself to live in the moment:
1. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe. Practice mindfulness, meditation and yoga more and more. Just allow yourself time to take a break. How often do you sit in pure silence and pause from thinking about your long to-do list? Do that more!

2. Stop and smell the roses! When was the last time you smelt a flower in nature? You won’t regret it. I’ve been watching the leaves change color before my very eyes. It’s time to enjoy the little things.
3. Practice one day of riding the wave of doing nothing. Have a day of no plans, no regimented routine, just do you. Lives are busy, we work long hours and with not much time to truly relax and go with the flow. I need to do this more myself. I have always had my eyes on the next project, the next best thing. But what about this thing, today?
At the end of the day, all we have is now. What will you do with it?
