How To Trust Your Intuition

In today’s blog, I want to help you all with a very important thing that many of us struggle with: how to identify and be in tune with your own intuition.

I know one big issue we have is that we struggle with decisions, from where to go for dinner or which area to live in - sometimes all this choice we have can cause a lot of trouble for us.

My friend was asking me recently, ‘WYJD?’ (What would Jackie do…) and I thought to myself, I don’t, I just do. So I’ve decided to share my tips with you:

National Stress Awareness Day

Today, I wanted to shed some light on a very special day coming up - it’s national stress awareness day on Wednesday. It’s every first Wednesday of November so what’s a better time to raise some awareness and share some tips for relieving some stress.
Stress is something that affects a lot of people. In the USA, around 55% of people admit to feeling stressed for some part of the day. The problem with stress is that it’s not, like with many things, an isolated situation. Stress can lead to depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.

Blue Moon (Moon in Taurus)

Blue Moon… you left me standing alooooone! Yes, today is the day. It’s Halloween and the day of the Blue Moon. As you may remember from the beginning of the month, we already had a full moon (Harvest moon). This October, we’ve been lucky enough to have 2 full moons within the month.

It’s called the Blue Moon, not because of the color because though you may get a blue hue in pictures, the moon is not actually blue. It’s just the term used for the 2nd full moon occurring in the same month. It’s pretty rare - It actually happens ‘once in a blue moon’. The next one like this isn’t until August 2021, so make the most!

How To Be More Present and Live In The Moment

In a world with constant uncertainty, it is a struggle to be present. In this pandemic, for instance, we are understandably focused on looking towards to the future and a world without Covid-19. But really, we are doing it wrong. By looking onto the next day, we’re forgetting to revel in the beauty of TODAY, and it for sure is pretty beautiful.
