Do you have any resolutions on your list for 2021? I, for one, am not big on New Year resolutions. I love the idea, and I am all for bettering myself, however, I find them overly ambitious and hate how disappointed you feel if you break any of them! Self-improvement and self-work is a process, so be kind with yourself.

How To Have a Socially Distanced Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I’m sure that this time last year, we never would have expected that this year could be so different. Due to the pandemic, there will be a lot of differences this Thanksgiving,. but that doesn’t mean we don’t have a whole bunch to be grateful for.

National Stress Awareness Day

Today, I wanted to shed some light on a very special day coming up - it’s national stress awareness day on Wednesday. It’s every first Wednesday of November so what’s a better time to raise some awareness and share some tips for relieving some stress.
Stress is something that affects a lot of people. In the USA, around 55% of people admit to feeling stressed for some part of the day. The problem with stress is that it’s not, like with many things, an isolated situation. Stress can lead to depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
