There’s a podcast for everything and more, Even in my work, I find podcasts super helpful to recommend to clients, readers, and just for my own motivation. In a time where we’re reading less but listening less, I want to consume content that is useful, relevant, and relatable. Luckily, there are many podcasts to listen to that fit that description.

If I’m ever feeling or looking dull and tired, my go-to solution is to put a face mask on.

While there are many options that you can purchase from the supermarket, from hydrating, sheet, clay... the list is endless. That said, I usually go for the all-natural, all-easy-peasy DIY.

When making DIY masks, I try to just use ingredients I have in the house, such as oats, honey, and essential oils. Using natural ingredients helps me know exactly what’s going on my face and in my skin, a lot of the store-bought ones contain chemicals that sometimes do more harm than good. This way, it’s a little project of finding what I have in the cupboard. What’s more, essential oils give any mask that boost it needs.
